Helpful information regarding my process, disclaimers, health and safety.

Recycled Textiles

I use 100% reused textiles and garments in my work.

This means everything is thrifted, or secondhand. I try my best to make sure items are in good condition, and wash everything I take in. However, there may be flaws/etc. Fabrics may have wear, stains, unknown fiber content, etc.

I cannot guarantee there are no allergens present on or apart of the fabric. Wool, hair, polyester, angora, detergents, you name it.

LED Lights

In designs that include an LED battery, please note the following:

-The lights and batteries are a choking hazard.
-The lights are not washable.
-The batteries are not long lasting. AKA a couple hours. I recommend having extra button batteries on hand if you want it continuously lit.

Velcro and Interactive Pieces

Some designs may contain interactive removable elements.
In some cases, these pieces may be a choking hazard if not handled correctly by a child.

Designs may contain pins, that have a sharp point. Any piece that has removable pins will be disclaimed in the listing description.

Designs may contain hook and loop (velcro). I always sew the soft part onto the garment, and the rough part onto the removable pieces. Repeated use of velcro may result in the soft part loosing its ability to stick over time. The pieces with the rough velcro are not washable. They may stick and ruin clothing in the wash if so.

Website

The website may become laggy, especially on drop day.
This is unfortunately out of my hands.

While I try to load in items slowly, this does not guarantee you will be able to load the site in time to purchase the item.

Due to the high demand, purchases may have errors. You may receive an order confirmation on accident, or a loading screen after checkout. This is because someone else finished checkout at the same time as you.
Unfortunately I cannot stop this from happening, but I am more than happy to chat via email if you have questions or concerns.

Shipping

I primarily use USPS to ship packages, and sometimes UPS depending on circumstance.
I use the cheapest shipping option available. If you need faster shipping, you are required to cover the additonal cost.

Please do not purchase an item if you need it rushed. Instead, message me to double check the soonest shipping options available, before placing an order.
While Pirateship may state a certain delivery date, once I drop it off the delivery day is out of my hands.

You should receive an email with the tracking number. If I make a mistake, or if you insterted the wrong email, please contact me.

If you did not receive an item, please contact me immediately. I will check on the shipping site to see what the delay or issue is.

For international shipping orders:

-DM/Email me with your: country + item in question for a quote.

-Use “pickup” at checkout and message for shipping costs.

-Expect 18-60+ USD, not including tariffs or fees.

-Cost is dependent on weight, size, and location.
(Typically anything weighing under 4lbs/1.8 kilos is a lot cheaper)

If you message me for a quote right before, or during the drop,
I probably won’t see it in time.

Please do not place an order unless you are prepared for the shipping cost.
